Although there is more supply in the market, it is still not enough which has made it harder to buy a home. low inventory has resulted in multiple offers which usually end in sales more than the asking price. total sales equaled 3,402 homes:
- 64.1% increase equal to 2.073 residential homes sold from a year ago.
- 15% increase from March 2021.
Listings
There were 4602 homes newly listed for sale:
- 70% increase compared to April 2020.
Average Sold Price
Homes in Greater Seattle sold for an average of $936,621 which is:
- A 15.4% increase over April 2020
- 22.7% increase compared to March 2021.
