Best CTA for YouTube Real Estate Videos
Learn why you need to use CTAs in your YouTube Real Estate videos from Loida Velasquez and Sam Mehrbod
CTAs or Calls to Action are essential elements of every Real Estate marketing video or ad that provide the audience with a clear next step to take. Without a clear CTA, all your efforts will be in vain since your audience will be confused about what to do next and most probably will drop the journey. In the worst-case scenario, some agents forget to even use a CTA and leave their audience even more confused. This article will discuss the importance of CTAs and also will suggest some of the best CTA for YouTube Real Estate videos.
What is a CTA
A call to action (CTA) is a marketing term that refers to the next step you want your audience to take in your marketing funnel. The CTA can have a direct link to sales or follow other purposes. For example, it can instruct the reader to call you for more information or visit your website. It is literally a “call” to take an “action.” And that action is what you want the audience to do and what they have no idea about if you do not tell them to do so.
You’ve got different audiences watching your YouTube videos. The random audience, leads, would-be buyers or sellers, promoters, etc. and you want to get each group to take different actions. You want to get your YouTube audience to become leads, leads to become clients, and then customers to become promoters. But you can’t show them the same CTAs to achieve different goals. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution for calls to action.
Why Use A CTA
YouTube CTAs are an invaluable way to guide your audience to your desired journey that’ll not only boost your YouTube presence but your entire presence online. Without using a clear and well-thought CTA you will leave your audience confused ad they will not know what to do once the video is over. They might try and figure out a way to reach you but in most cases, a confused audience will just leave and you have wasted your chance of generating some decent leads. Therefore, it is crucial to think about your CTAs strategically and map out what you want to make out of your YouTube videos.
Features of Great CTAs
CTAs determine what and how your audience will react and their reaction to it depends on how catchy it is. the Catchier your CTA, the more attractive it becomes. On the other hand, keep in mind that your CTA should resonate with the intention of your audience as well.
Tell, Don’t Ask
Use strong commanding verbs to start your CTA. We recommend using words like “Call”, “Subscribe”, etc. These authoritative commands will show your audience that you are confident in what you do and know your way around the business.
Use Emotions
Use words that trigger emotions. Tell a story through your videos and end with words that trigger emotions in your audience. Just make sure what you say and ask, is related to the content of the video and also appeals to your audience.
Reasons
Another important aspect while using CTAs in your YouTube videos is that you should give your audience one good reason why they should follow your CTA. What is in it for them? What will they miss out on if they don’t? Simply asking them to follow your CTA will not yield your desired results.

A/B Test your CTAs
Regardless of the action you wish your audience to take, it is advisable to conduct A/B testing so as to improve the effectiveness of CTA. The language and wording together with website design elements; like what color you use, where it is located, and its shape, are the variables you can change to see which produces the best result after a given period of time, for example, a month. Once you test certain options try to modify them and see if you can make them do better. Once you find the most effective CTA, use it across your website.
