Deborah’s Testimonial
Deborah has gone above and beyond to find my new home treating me as though I was her most important client. She has always acted with a great deal of integrity and her personal standard of high morale is on display during every interaction.
~ Carol H.
Deborah’s Story
I first met Carol H. at an open house I was hosting. We just connected and she told me she was just looking at places in the area because she was going to be retiring in a couple of years and wanted to get a sense of what was available in her price range. I offered to help her with her search. She didn’t want to bother me with it as she said she wasn’t going to be buying for a couple of years. I told her that was no problem at all and that I would be happy to send her listings and if she ever wanted to go see something, I would be happy to set up viewings for us to check out together.
She was very impressed that I was willing to take the time to show her listings knowing that she was not looking to buy right away. It was a pleasure to work with Carol and we did eventually find the perfect home for her to enjoy when she retires.
So often, I hear the same comment from people, “I don’t want to bother a realtor until I find what I want”. Like I told Carol, it is my job to help you with your search, whether it takes 2 weeks, 2 months or 2 years! I love to look at different properties and there is nothing more satisfying than to help people find their next forever home!
Take Away
Deborah displays the importance of patience and empathy with her story. Clients want to feel they are a person first, and not primarily a commission. In centering her client as an individual Debra built trust and cemented the type of relationship which nurtures goodwill. And goodwill is at the heart of any stellar testimonial.
