Home Sales
There were 4,414 sales in June:
- 42.2% increase compared to June 2020. Properties sold up to 44% faster compared to last year.
Listings
There were 4,617 new listings in June:
Both the listings and sales activity have increased, resulting in an upward trend in prices.
- 20.9% increase compared to June 2020.
Average Sold Price
The average sold price was $383,100:
- A 26.3% increase compared to June 2020. Median price also increased by 19% compared to last year.
Single-Family Home Highlights
3,371 single-family homes were sold in June:
- A 36% increase compared to June 2020.
Median Price was $350,000:
- A 25% increase compared to last year.
Townhouse Highlights
450 townhomes were sold in June:
- A 50% increase compared to June 2020.
Median Price was $358,340:
- A 22% increase compared to last year.
Condo Highlights
593 condos were sold in June:
- A 82% increase compared to April June.
Median Price was $170,600:
- A 21% increase compared to last year.
