Emails for a Real Estate agent
Most of the agents own and use multiple emails. The problem is that every email address has its own structure, calendar, cloud storage, etc. this way keeping everything organized will be impossible since your work is scattered across multiple emails, and finding what is where is going to be hard. On the other hand, agents should avoid using popular email providers like Gmail and yahoo as agents will be marketing for those companies not for their own business. This does not sound professional as well.
Keep in touch with past clients (CRM)
Many agents have no idea about keeping in touch with past clients and they make their livings by paying for leads. It is shocking to think of the amount of money agents lose this way. Because if you do not keep in touch with your past clients, some other agent will and you have simply missed those leads again.
If you ask even veteran agents how they keep in touch with their past clients, many of them have no idea. This is where CRM comes into play.
Furthermore, you cant just nurture all your contacts the same way. They are in different stages of home buying/selling and sending and treating them the same way is not going to turn out fruitful. different people have different needs and need certain kinds of marketing. CRM systems help agents organize contacts and leads and avoid sending people the wrong content.
Social Mieda presence
Consistency is key when it comes to social media for Real Estate. it is true that agents need to be present on all popular social media platforms but what comes before that is the consistency of the presence. You can’t just disappear for a while just to appear when you feel like it. Many agents try to use all platforms but then do not get around to being consistent on any given platform.
Make it look like you
Handling social media across many platforms, or even one for some busy agents is a time-consuming and hard task. This is where technology solutions like roomvu come in handy. While these platforms do a great job in creating and sharing content on agents’ social media automatically, agents still need to make their social media sound and look like them, human beings.
Sam also mentioned that roomvu always suggests that agents spend some time and create content in which they appear and talk to their audience on a personal level. Agents need to make sure their account does not seem to be controlled by a robot to create trust and gain attention. Get on in front of the camera and show your personal side to your audience. People need to see you and trust you.
In fact, as Sam puts it, social media is like a meal with its appetizer, main course, dessert, etc. You just can’t make do with a single kind of content and expect success. you need to serve out the whole meal.

Consistent, customized emails
Another common mistake agents make is that they use default templates for their email campaigns and think that will do. As mentioned above, how you reach your audience and prospect should resemble you and should like you. To go around this problem agents need to customize the emails as if they wrote the email for every single contact from the scratch. And they have to be consistent. It is a no-brainer. email them consistently (with the right content they need), avoid spamming them and they will be your client.

Business Email:
The email address you use matters and it cant be just whatever you find convenient. You need a properly configured business email.
