Allan is a horrible real estate agent, I would not recommend. My husband & I had an accepted offer on the table, Allan spoke with our mortgage lender on behalf of the seller and we did an inspection & went to move forward to only find out he was still showing the house and would only entertain us if we went up in price. He\u2019s unethical and unprofessional. He doesn\u2019t know the difference between a conventional or FHA loan on top of it.

He is a very good agent who gave me a lot of advice on buying a house. The most important and favorite thing is that he helped me to make an appointment with the house and negotiate the price quickly. He is also very patient and professional. I have recommended him to my friends.
