I had a realtor trying and doing everything she could do to sell my property. During that 2 year period the market kept changing and I lost alot of money. I finally decided it was time to change my agent. About 20 plus realtors contacted me with the same lame sales pitch. When Alana called me, I felt in my gut she was the one to sell my property and I was right. She got an offer day one or two of listing it. Eventually, I went with another buyer\\'s offer a few months after which was an all cash offer. No bank, no appraisal, just an inspection and sold the house as is. She marketed the house on social media and that is how it got sold. When I hired her, I had no idea she had only been a realtor for 12 months. She is a rookie, that performed like a seasoned pro. I would tell Alana, \\"the person that wants to buy this house, has not seen it yet\\". She agreed and her marketing found that person. Alana has the right stuff and she is Rookie of the year selling about 20 homes in her first year. That is unheard-of in a tough market where interest rates are high and values are higher. If you want to get your property sold ,you better call Alana. If you are a flexible and reasonable seller or buyer, you need a closer.

Alana is excellent. I just purchased a home and she was the sellers realtor, but still went above and beyond for us as buyers.
