Ashley was amazing from beginning to the end of our listing and sale. Originally there was another agent on our investment property. (Roughly about two years). From the beginning the other realtor gave us false info about the future sale of the home, the liens we bought the house with, how we could sell the house (cash or loans) etc. Actually encouraged us to sell for half of what we ended up selling for bc of her lack of knowledge. Fast forward to the day I decided it was time to partner with Ashley Yates. When I originally wrote her under the impression that we could only sell to a cash buyer, A ten minute call was all it took to realize not only was she the right choice for a realtor, but that we had been wasting a lot of time and money with the other and ASHLEY was a not only knowledgeable but passionate about her profession and would go above and beyond to get our home sold. Ashley not only sold our home in the 60 day time frame she promised before signing our contract, but she took control of every hiccup we came across from contract signing to closing. (And because this was a flipper, there were many! ) If something needed to be fixed, she had someone to do it quickly and efficiently- without breaking the bank. Pictures taken for listing were 100% a game changer in the listing. Her knowledge was a 100% game changer. Her ability to get things done in a timely matter rather it was pictures for the listing or assigning a contractor to a fix was a 100% a game changer. She was on it and a true blessing!! I would recommend her and her team 100 times over and my only regret is not partnering with her sooner!! ??????????
