Bruce is an incredible Realtor! He has also become a friend. Bruce was recommended to me by one of my friends who had recently used Bruce to find his Forever Home. From day 1, Bruce was prompt in his responses. He was actually in one of his mentor training courses, but messaged me as soon as he was able to step away for a second. Bruce called me that same afternoon and set up an appointment to meet me at a property that I was interested in purchasing. Turned out that was not the property for me. So, Bruce called me a few days later with a few more prospects for me to view. We set up the appointment to meet and visit these properties the upcoming Sunday. We found a property I really liked. We met at the property a couple of times and moved forward with the offer. Bruce walked me through every step of the process. As a first time home buyer, I was a little overwhelmed at first. Bruce provided me with all the resources I needed to move forward from the Mortgage company and the closing attorney. etc...Things went really well and we closed in 4 weeks. I would definitely refer him to anyone looking for a great realtor. As a matter of fact, I referred him to one of my close friends who was working with another realtor and that deal was not working out. Bruce was able to work with my friend and got his property listed and sold!

I would highly recommend Bruce Logue. I switched from another realtor after my initial contract was up and found that working with Bruce was an entirely different experience. I was selling a house and looking to buy at the same time, and his attention to detail and genuine care for me as a client made it less stressful on me. Bruce helped me buy two different homes over the course of 3 years, and helped me sell one as well. Both times I found exactly what I wanted, at the right price, and in the right area. With my sale, his estimate for our sale price was right on the money, literally! Bruce was always very responsive. He clearly listened and learned from our reactions to different houses. He left us alone to process our reactions to a house when we needed it, and offered suggestions and point of view when we needed that.
