I am an investor and I work with a lot of agents. Unfortunately, it is very hard to find a skilled agent, especially one who has an attitude of \\"how can I help,\\" even if there isn\\'t anything in it for them, and who is not full of themself with a highly over inflated idea of themselves and their value.
