Chris Italiano sold my home the end of August, 2018, in one day; I closed with the title company last week. I know it\u2019s rare to sale so quickly, but Chris and I discussed a price that I felt was fair and reasonable for my subdivision and it worked. Chris sold my daughter\u2019s house a couple years ago, so I decided to have her list mine. I\u2019m so glad I chose Chris and I highly recommend her. With her years of experience she definitely knows what she\u2019s doing.
