Extremely bad experience, and I have been involved in about thirty real estate transactions. The police and condo management actually had to intervene at the walkthrough, due to his behavior. We discovered he has an extremely bad temper. We only used him because he is a friend of our next door neighbor. Early-on, we wanted to fire him, but we were concerned it would be too awkward with him walking by our place, to visit his friend. That was a very bad mistake. We also found him to be very sloppy with his work, and doesn\u2019t seem to know or understand the simplest of real estate principles or terms. (He didn\u2019t know what a counteroffer was. I explained it, about ten times. Finally, I just copied and pasted the dictionary definition of it to him.) We found he has very poor attention to detail. Fortunately for him, they keep him at his current mom & pop-style real estate office. I don\u2019t think a larger, more established firm would keep him.
