With nearly 25 years in property investments and real estate, Elizabeth is always excited to help guide her clients through the buying and selling process. As a Top Producer for Blanchard and Calhoun and named Military Agent of the Year twice, Elizabeth has both the knowledge and experience to ensure the highest level of service ¬ not to mention that she´s rated in the top 10% of Zillow premier agents. As a commissioner on the Waynesboro Downtown Development Authority and Land Bank Authority, and a charter organizer of her favorite event, the Boss Hog State Championship Cook-Off, she´s heavily invested in the Waynesboro community and surrounding areas. Elizabeth´s approach is transparency, honesty, and open lines of communication. In fact, Elizabeth offers rebates to her buyers and sellers, if they are educators, first responders, or in the military. Elizabeth has a BA in English from Georgia Southern University and was a high school teacher and newspaper editor before following her love of property investing in the real estate field. Always interested in learning, she also received her certification in Earthquakes and Tsunamis 101 from the University of Alaska at Anchorage and is a graduate of Financial Peace University. Since she has completed her debt-free journey, she takes fiduciary responsibility to her clients very seriously. Elizabeth is a self-proclaimed country girl, fisherman, and tree farmer.
