Enna was extremely professional and very knowledgeable regarding the entire rental process. She basically got me into the apartment I truly wanted before anyone could grab it up. Enna goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are satisfied. For example, I asked her if it was possible for the owner to hire someone to clean the apartment before I moved in. She spoke to the owner and worked out a deal immediately with him - that was very kind and a way to show she cares about her clients and their wants/needs. I also received follow up calls from her ensuring the everything was going well with the apartment and she reiterated the fact that if I ever need anything, to please call.
