I am awarded annually with sales achievement recognition, and I consistently rank in the top 25 agents in my office of over 100 agents. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the South Shore Association of Realtors, where I hold a position on the Community Service Task Force. In my spare time in enjoy traveling with my family, going to the beach and I am also a volunteer at My Brothers Keeper doing various tasks from shopping for and delivering food packages, to wrapping and distributing gifts during the holidays. This knowledge allows me to analyze trends, compare similar properties, provide you with a curated selection of homes that meet your specific needs, and advise you on making a strong, but educated offer. I hold a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) designation, awarded by the National Association of Realtors, to agents that have completed further education to achieve the PSA certification. It provides REALTORS with the knowledge and skillset to select appropriate comparable properties and make accurate adjustments, guide sellers and buyers through the details of comparative market analysis and the underlying pricing principles that inform them and interact effectively with appraisers.
