In my spare time in enjoy traveling with my family, going to the beach and I am also a volunteer at My Brothers Keeper doing various tasks from shopping for and delivering food packages, to wrapping and distributing gifts during the holidays. I hold a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) designation, awarded by the National Association of Realtors, to agents that have completed further education to achieve the PSA certification. It provides REALTORS with the knowledge and skillset to select appropriate comparable properties and make accurate adjustments, guide sellers and buyers through the details of comparative market analysis and the underlying pricing principles that inform them and interact effectively with appraisers.
