Question: "What's round on the ends and HI in the middle?" Being born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, there isn't much opportunity NOT to be an Ohio State Buckeye fan. So....I am, along with a fan of the Cincinnati Reds. Prior to real estate I was heavily involved in the sport and fitness community. In addition to personal training and managing a health club, I started my first business. I oversaw the creation, marketing & distribution of nutritional supplements. I would love to take credit for the 'creation' part, but that was handled by a research scientist who was already formulating nutraceuticals for professional athletes, bodybuilders, diabetics and pets! After becoming licensed in 2006, and starting my second business, it was apparent that to be an agent who could provide the highest level of service, I needed to be on the cutting edge of education. This didn't refer only to contract related matters, but also to marketing, networking, mortgage, home inspection & repair, appraisal and title work....just to name a few! So, I jumped in with both feet, never looked back and have become a better agent for it. Trust in the fact that if I stumble into a situation where I don't know the answer, I am going to find out. I have received specialized education in pre-foreclosure & short sale and have been successful negotiating a sale even if a lis pendence has been filed.
