We approached to Jessica because she has an excellent reputation in the Korean community of western Portland/Beaverton. She is a dependable and hard working self-starter. She began with the complete analysis of the local housing market so we could have an unbiased view of what price we can expect. She provided timely and relevant information in all the processs from posting to negotiation and to closing. She has a lot of contacts including home inspectors and professional movers. When my deal was almost closed, she had to work really hard because of several problems that my home inspector found. Even though we had already moved to another state, we could simply trust her work. Anyway, we fully recommend Jessic without any reservation.

Jessica Hur was recommended by my sister-in-law who also purchased a beautiful home thru Jessica. When I met Jessica, she was different than other realtors I met before. Not all but some realtors out there can turn out to be pushy and look out for their best interest rather than mine. The one I met before pushed me too hard recommending her business partners like loan officers, home insurance and banks. So I ended up leaving the previous realtor I was working with and took a break from home search. I was so frustrated and exhausted. Then I got to be introduced to Jessica by my sister-in-law. I was sooooo happy I got to work with Jessica. Not only she was a true expert and had so much knowledge and skills in real estate, but also she was a truly caring, honest, warm person who always listened to my concerns and many questions I had and she looked out for my best interest. I felt like she treated me like her family or a really good friend who she would look out for rather than \\" a customer to do business with\\". I was really nervous and overwhelmed looking for a new home, deciding what to choose and the whole steps thru closing process because I was a First Home Buyer.
