About Joanne McCurdy

Joanne McCurdy opened McCurdy & Company Realty to offer Treasure Coast residents and investors the best service possible for all of their real estate needs. Joanne grew up in New Jersey and relocated to paradise here in Florida 30 years ago right here in St Lucie County. She got licensed in real estate state in 1986 and quickly discovered her love for the business. Joanne started her real estate career locally with Hoyt C. Murphy then moved on to various corporate companies, continuing her real estate education and earning various designations. More recently, she worked with RE/Max during which time she became a Broker and received the RE/Max Hall of Fame award. Joanne currently serves on the local Board of Realtors as a Director and also on Governmental Affairs as a liaison to the Fort Pierce Mayor and St. Lucie County Schools’ Superintendent. She is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and serves various charities such as the local March of Dimes.
