Having been a developer and investor of some multifamily communities in the Chicago-Rockford Metro during his career, John understands commercial and creative financing first hand and knows how the zoning and entitlement process works. To this day, these accomplishments remain a significant highlight of John Juliano\'s career that earned him the reputation that he\'s still very passionate about upholding. John Graduated from Southern Illinois University where he studied engineering and real estate. Just prior to being licensed, John was a manufacturing engineer - a position that honed his listening, problem-solving, and organizational skills. It also made full use of his work ethic and drive to succeed. John Believes that in real estate, as in construction and manufacturing, thorough preparation and correct completion of each task are the keys to success. When not helping clients, John relaxes by spending time with his family. They appreciate the outdoors and are always up for a new adventure whether it be a new restaurant, a town festival, or a live music performance. John became an avid runner in his early 20\'s and still enjoys getting out for a brisk run as often as he can. John\'s an active member of his local Chamber of Commerce and serves as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity.
