My house had been previously listed twice with another agent and didn\\'t sell for a variety of reasons. But when Ken took the listing i only gave him a short amount of time and then i was going to take the house off the market. He helped me price it right and it was sold in 3 months. Not only that; but he was involved in every aspect of the sale from start to finish including checking in on the house when i had moved out prior to closing and showing up for all the inspections etc. He was not one of those agents that gets a sales agreement and then you barely hear from him after that. He went above and beyond. No one will work harder for you then Ken. I have my real estate license in another state so I know what a good real estate agent is supposed to do. Ken earns his money. You won\\'t be disappointed.

This was my first time buying a home and Ken was great. He was local to the area and really knew what either helped or hurt any particular location. He was patient with us and definately listened to what we were looking for. It was very helpful that he would point out factors that could take away from a property\\'s value that we had otherwise overlooked. He was genuinely concerned about us making a sound financial decision as well as finding a great place to live. When it was time to put in an offer, Ken was awesome. He made sure we had everything we needed ahead of time so when we were ready to pull the trigger, the process was seamless. There was no waiting on the bank or anything like that as we had it all done ahead of time. And he was very in tune to the true value of a house. When there was negotiation room in the price he was sure to let us know. In the end, we absolutely love the house Ken helped us find and the price we ended up paying for it. Ken knows his stuff. Ken was great from beginning to end. He didn\\'t just tell me what i wanted to hear in order to get the listing; he was honest and upfront from the start with expectations. I appreciate that because as a seller who had tried to sell my house twice before; I wanted to make sure it gone done this time. He gave me a time to sell estimate and price estimate and met them both. He was tenacious in his marketing and his follow up with agents and customers was second to none. I actually had moved out of the house already and he frequently stopped by and checked on the house to make sure there were no issues. I have no doubt that my house would still be on the market today if i hadn\\'t listed it with Ken. I highly recommend him.
