Kevin’s passion for real estate is apparent through his excellent communication skills and a warm and friendly approach. Kevin is a West Palm Beach native. A retired firefighter and emergency medical technician for the town of Palm Beach, and an accomplished tri athlete who has completed over 20 marathons and 2 Ironman competitions. In 2018 Kevin completed the “Crossing For A Cure” a long distance endurance paddle challenge and international championship race that takes paddlers 80 miles across the Gulfstream from Bimini in the Bahamas and back to the Florida mainland. The event benefits those living with Cystic Fibrosis. Kevin raised Thirty Thousand Dollars in donations and sponsorships and plans to compete again in 2019. In addition, he completed the “2016 Dolphins Cancer Challenge”. This event is a 100 mile bike ride and raises funds for innovative cancer research at the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, part of the University of Miami Health System. This is the NFL’s single largest fundraiser. The Spina Group is looking forward to competing in the “2019 Dolphins Cancer Challenge”. With his wife, Jill, Kevin owned and operated Natures Way Café, a health food restaurant franchise with more than 20 eateries across the country. Kevin obtained his Real Estate license in 2003, and formed The Spina Group in 2009.
