She did back to back open houses and went above and beyond helping us when we had showings. Our home was on the market within a week. Our home sold for 25k above our Zillow offer and 5k above list price. Kim was quick at communication and a great negotiator. She was upfront and honest. We are so happy we chose Kim as our realtor.
