Lauri helped us sell one house, buy another (read more below). What a story! We began our home search in late April, 2020, during a Covid-19 pandemic. We knew the market would mean a quick and profitable home sale. We wanted to relocate soon close to our children/grandkids. This journey for a manufactured home in Murrieta was nothing we dreamed of, until the end. So much to learn, and Lauri helped us through the ropes once again, as she did in 2013. We drove time and again to a summer-hot area we were coveting. We looked at least 12-15 homes. The market had a down side for us, as there was limited inventory, and we watched as each home got purchased before we were out of escrow ready to buy. Frustrating. We bid on our first home, only to have a bad inspection and even worse roof. It was a big disappointment to pull out of the escrow. We quickly bid on our next favorite, one that needed lots of love and attention. The inspection went far worse than the first home. And this one had mold issues, among a long laundry list of things to fix. We didn\\'t have the time to deal with that, as we had sold our condo within 2 weeks and had to get out. This time, we turned to one of the first homes we\\'d seen. We noticed it had lowered its price $7K the previous week, so were hoping for a great deal. We made a lower offer which I thought they might counter. They accepted! We were able to, due to circumstances on both sides, move into the home early before escrow closed, which saved us money, time and trouble. By now, we\\'d all been through part of three escrows in a 4-5 week span. Three inspections (that part is pretty scary and stressful as heck). We were full of the emotions of being up one hour, and down by the eve. Living life like this was not fun for us or our agent, Lauri. We drove her nuts, I am sure. She accepted our texts, our calls, our emails, our going crazy. She was patient and kept us informed at every move. We had a family trust with a nearly-90 mother having to fill out all this paperwork, over and over again. Weall tired ourselves out! Lauri was there to pick up the pieces, keep us positive, protect our rights and make sure each thing was done and checked on for our benefit/safety in our future home. We are now ready to close escrow on our new home in Murrieta, CA, this Monday, 8/24/2020. I\\'m positive we couldn\\'t have chosen a better realtor to walk us through so many days and nights. She has been such a blessing, and I can\\'t wait for you to meet her and have that same professionalism we witnessed. She fights fiercely for you. She is stickler for COVID-19 based rules/laws. Lauri helped me to buy a condo in Laguna Niguel. It was my first time buying a home and I knew close to nothing about the process. Lauri made it very easy and absolutely stress free. She was very helpful, very easy to work with and easily accessible by phone and email. An update to my review: A few months after purchasing the condo I had an issue with a water leak inside the wall. Upon opening the wall we noticed that a pipe was cracked which resulted in several walls, kitchen cabinets, pantry and hallway cabinet being affected. I ended up going through mold remediation, drywall and all the cabinets replacement. HOA paid for everything related to the walls. However, I had to rebuild my kitchen cabinets, pantry and the hallway cabinets, paint the walls/ceilings and replace baseboards at my own expense. This unfortunate situation happened due to the overlook during the condo inspection. The inspector has noticed the wet spots on the wall and included them in the report. Since I was not present during the inspection, I did not request any further investigation. When Lauri sent me the report, she did not suggest doing any additional inspection to investigate those wet spots. Due to my inexperience (I am a first time home buyer) I did not request any additional investigation either. I reached out to Lauri and offered to split the cost of the construction, since both of us overlooked this issue, but she refused to do so. I decided to edit my review so that the first-time home buyers who will work with Lauri in the future are aware that they should not be relying purely on Lauri\\'s expertise, especially when it comes to reviewing the inspection reports.

Lauri was not only fun and courteous but fast acting and easy to reach. My experience with her was nothing short of upbeat and I felt very informed and comfortable throughout a typically stressful experience. Thanks Lauri!
