About Linn Holdhusen

Linn Holdhusen is the team leader and principal broker for the Holdhusen Real Estate Group. Originally from South Dakota, he moved to Portland twenty years ago to pursue a career in accounting. After a stint at Pacificorp, Linn became a personal trainer and the fitness director at Lloyd Athletic Club for thirteen years. He realized neither accounting nor being a personal trainer were his true calling and got into real estate, along with his wife Kaitlyn Loizeaux, five years ago. He is passionate about his career, his team, and, most importantly, his clients. He is an expert at the Portland real estate market and is able to help his clients\' navigate through the buying or selling process with knowledge and comfort.
