Okay, as I said earlier, we were looking for more land. The first experience was easy. The second experience is easier in that all the same pieces are in place to help you buy the land / product. Dealing with the same group is wonderful. And we intend to buy one more, so obviously my wife and I are impressed with Margot\\'s Team. Hilary and I don\\'t always have a lot of free time. Margo was the listing agent for a lot that we wanted to purchase. We were so impressed with her knowledge of our community (Big Canoe, Georgia) and the quality of her service that we engaged her to represent us as the buyers as well. I am extremely picky and therefore this was my biggest letdown - myself. She put up with me. Margot and her team were amazing! From the first contact we made with her until the day we closed...and after. She made the process so easy for us, from providing input on staging, to advising on whether or not to make improvements, to determining the correct asking price. Her professionalism was top-notch. We had multiple offers within 3 days of listing. There were a few bumps with a buyer but she held our hands all the way through the process - guiding us and calming our nerves.
