Wes was terrific to work with! She was responsive to every phone call and request we made. She helped us navigate our way around the downtown Austin condominium market and provided us with the information we needed to make a buying decision. Even though we found \\"the perfect condo for us\\" early on - she offered to show us a few more condos just to make sure we were happy with our choice! Working with Weslea was such a joy! We were concerned we wouldn\u2019t sell our house in the time frame we needed to purchase our new home. However, Weslea sold it it in 2 weeks in a neighborhood where we were competing with new builds! Weslea is amazing! She was not our agent at the time, she was a friend, but we called her one evening for some basic information and advice on a property we were interested in. Within an hour she came back with more information than we had asked for and great advice on moving forward. The negotiation was not smooth with the seller, but thanks to Weslea, we got the property! And, she is still helping us and guiding us as we start to build on that property.
