Matt Kotapka is awesome!!!!! He met me at the property I wanted to view within 15 minutes of my very first call to his office, and this was on a Sunday. Matt was very personable, and he knew the industry and the area well. He explained every detail of the sales contract, and made great recommendations for legal representation, property inspection, and even for discounted cabinets. Throughout the mortgage process Matt kept in touch with my loan officer and with the seller\u2019s agent to ensure every step remained on track. Matt also made himself available any day (or night) of the week, responding to texts, emails and voicemails immediately. He was always offering to help in any way he could. During the final walk through the evening before my closing, some of the seller\u2019s personal items were still in the house. Matt called the seller\u2019s agent who said the items would be removed the following morning. Matt went to the house an hour before my closing and found the items were still there. He remained in contact with the seller\u2019s agent, and gave up his entire day, staying at the house until after 6PM when the items were finally removed.
