Michelle Lyday is a graduate of Murray State College. She is a member of the Texoma Board of REALTORS, Multiple Listing Service, the Oklahoma Association and the National Association of REALTORS. She has received multiple awards including Rookie of the Year for Texoma Board of Realtors in 2013, Million dollar producer several years in a row. Served on the MLS board in 2014, and has received the Prestigious GRI desigation in 2018. Michelle, with her husband Brent won 2017 Coldwell Banker VanMeter Select\\'s Top Producers of the Year! Michelle is a devoted wife and mother of three children, and lives in the Durant area. She and her husband, Brent Lyday, are REALTORS at Coldwell Banker VanMeter Select in Durant and together they work under the TEAM NAME Legacy Home and Ranch. Michelle currently attends Victory Life Church and is very devoted to God, her family and her children. Michelle is very passionate and goal driven about her career.
