Once she found out I wasn\\'t prequalified yet , her emails suddenly stopped. I asked a few questions and no response . Not very professional if you ask my opinion. Good customer service in any line of work should be number one.

After disapointing results with other realtors my brother refered me to Naomi Koesler. I rarely write reviews, but Naomi has earned a top review. I have very limited availability with my work schedule. Naomi worked to meet my scheduling needs thruout the buying process. I had specific needs and price range for a house. Naomi listened to what I was looking for and made appropriate recommendations based on what I was wanted. The second house I made an offer on was accepted and Naomi was able to refer me to a lawyer and loan agent. I had never purchased a foreclosed home before and this sale was more involved than any previous home purchase I had been thru. Naomi worked with the seller and all involved parties to get me to my closing. That included getting utilities on and the home in a conditon to meet lender requirements for my mortgage. She worked with the seller to get the required repairs completed and I closed in early March. I should also mention I can be impatient, and buying a home can be stressful. She worked to keep me calm and focused on closing. (thanks) I now have the perfect house for my current and future needs, it met my price range, size and condition requirements.
