About Nellie Peralta
My name is Nellie Peralta, I grew up in Manhattan, NYC and upon graduating college in 1997 I moved to Central Florida to accompany my mother after my sisters passing. My first job was at Dillardâs Department Store where I gain first hand customer experience in the retail role. Short after, I entered into the healthcare field where I spent most of my career for 21 years prior to exploring in Real Estate. 13 of those years my role was in the Healthcare Sales and Marketing arena. During these years I traveled all throughout central Florida with focus and concentration in the following Counties: Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake, Polk, Marion and Sumter County. Needless to say I am very much familiar with the Central Florida market. Being detail oriented and customer focused during my years as a healthcare professional was a much needed skill, but those are skills that through the years anyone could have developed. Having compassion, empathy and being genuine is a GOD given trait along with being naturally wired with the desire to uplift and improve others quality of life. That is my passion! That is the main reason why I decided to explore the role of a Real Estate Agent. Buying or selling Real Estate is emotional and in some cases a life changing event. Therefore, working with the right agent is crucial. My goal as an agent is to help change lives while building long term relationships - and what better way to do so than through Real Estate. Therefore I am devoted to helping many families buy and/or sell Real Estate in Central Florida.
