I do not know exactly where to start as everything with Nick has basically been what you could rate an outstanding experience. Nick has helped me over the past few months with the purchase of my first home. His knowledge, patience and dedication led to a first accepted offer on a house which eventually did not yield to anything more than that post inspection (the house had to have the whole roof replaced and the seller was not flexible enough on the purchase price). However, Nick was very understanding and helpful in resolving the situation in a professional and timely manner. More recently, we put together a new offer on a different house which I saw as my \u201cdream house\u201d. Nick\u2019s experience and advice helped me put together a fair package that finally got accepted by the seller (I consider that I got a good deal out of it!) He was with me throughout the whole closing process, available and responsive and always kind and understanding of the anxiety that may come from being a first time home buyer. A little over 30 days later and he handed me the keys to the property in which we have now moved in. I couldn\u2019t be happier and more satisfied by the service and personalized attention I received from Nick. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable real estate agent/broker. We found nick through a earlier company that we ended up not using. However nick impressed us so much that we stuck with him and it was the best decision we ever made for our home purchasing journey. Nick helped us navigate two home offers, of which the latter one was accepted. We ran into financing issues and nick was able to come to the rescue. He clearly explained and walked us through what was going to be required of us every step of the way. He held us navigate our loan as well as our home insurance. Without nick, the offer would\\'ve fallen apart. My favorite thing about nick is his responsiveness and fantastic communication.
