Octavio is no stranger to real estate. His career started early in 1992 at the then Rennie and Associates. He left his then successful real estate career to pursue his entrepreneurial ambitions and started and ran his own digital agency for over 17 years. Google awarded his company a prestigious designation that put his company on the top 1% of agencies in Canada. After selling his successful business he quickly realized retirement at this stage in his life was not as fulfilling as he had imagined. Recently having sold his own home of 21 years in North Burnaby and buying a beautiful home in the quieter Port Moody the transactions reminded him of his passion for his first career. Octavio attributes his personal success in business and life to something he learned from Bob Rennie.
