Paul grew up in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains in a large, active, fun-loving family. He moved to Hollywood to pursue a successful music career under the stage name Paul Mars Black, earning two platinum albums, touring the world and eventually returning to college to earn a film composition degree at CSUN. Shortly after graduation he added licensed real estate agent to his list of accomplishments. Several years ago when friends introduced him to the San Bernardino mountains, it reminded him of the gold rush country when he was raised. After finding the house of his dreams, Paul relocated to Lake Arrowhead and pursued his passion of helping others find their ideal vacation homes. His entertainment experience and love of meeting new people makes him the perfect agent to provide a unique personal home buying experience. I cannot say enough about Paul and Anjeanette. My lovely bride and I moved across the country and were connected to Paul and Anjeanette through a realtor friend back east. Besides taking the time needed to ensure a sale, I feel they went way above and beyond what would normally be expected of a realtor team. We had, in all reality, I think one of the most difficult purchases in history. Between the seller\\'s wishy-washy communication, demands for things that were in many ways just ridiculous, and complete flip-flopping of answers/responses within minutes, they helped us navigate a difficult sale that ended up with us in the house we wanted, a day earlier than expected. They were communicative, responsive, attentive, and honest. I cannot stress that last part enough. When you\\'re looking for a realtor, you look for that person you feel comfortable with to represent you in the best of times. Paul and Anjeanette not only did that, but were able to keep a level head in what I would consider a really bad situation. 5 stars, and then some. We came up for the weekend to interview for a job and look for a rental. We walked into Paul\\'s office on a whim, right before closing. He enthusiastically made some calls and arranged several showings. He spent the better part of the next day with us, despite being in demand with prior clients, and we never felt rushed or neglected. More than anything else, he really listened to us and honed in on what we were looking for and we never made us feel pressured. Not only was he responsive, highly efficient and professional; he\\'s just a really cool guy you can\\'t help but want to hang out with.
