Ms Medrano rented my apartment in Kendall, Florida. I am currently living out of state. Naturally, this could have caused some logistical problems. I am happy to note that such was not the case. She not only found very good tenants, but was also always available for our preliminary discussions and any questions I had. She prepared the necessary documentation quickly and efficiently. She sought and received prompt permission from the HOA which expedited the rental process. Even after all contracts were signed and the deal done, Ms Medrano remained available. In truth, one could not ask for more. I highly recommend her.
