Sackia’s love for houses started at an early age. She was a showroom decorator and custom furniture designer for many years in Deerfield Beach. She spent countless hours assisting clients with decorating their home to suit their needs. This ultimately led to an interest in real estate. After Real Estate School and obtaining her Real Estate License in 2002, Sackia immediately launched her career selling Real Estate in south Florida. In 2004 she relocated to Port Saint Lucie where she studied custom kitchen and bath design and in 2010 she also obtained a degree in residential planning. Her experience and expertise in décor has been a major attribute with many real estate transactions. She assists owners in staging their homes in preparation for listing photos, showings and open houses. Her background also assists with visualizing furniture placement and potential within a home for prospective buyers. The real estate process can be stressful. Condominiums, Villas and Townhomes – While these are residential, they’re a very different market focus, and I am an expert in evaluating them and helping buyers and sellers cope with the special financing and association concerns for these property types. Multi–family – Investors are great clients for me. Multi–family properties are a very unique market. The detailed return on investment and valuation calculations investors need to evaluate properties for rental are second nature to me. Commercial – Whether it’s a shopping mall, a small office building or a restaurant space, I\'m your commercial property specialist. Vacant Land – Land is a very special property class. It’s relatively easy to show a gourmet cook a wonderful commercial kitchen in a home and see their eyes light up.
