It began with remodeling her own family home...building trusses, installing a new kitchen, hanging drywall, designing and installing paver walkways, landscaping or building a deck...she loved the challenge of learning something new and creating something out of little or nothing. Due to her passion for construction and design, her accounting career gradually changed and she became a designer/sales representative for a national sign company. Her work can be seen across the country in large and small commercial signs and awnings created for major chains. All of this led to her career change to real estate where her desire for knowledge has helped Sandi excel in many areas - from residential homes (existing and new builds), to commercial property sales and acquisitions, to raw land and development, to assisting investors in their quest for the perfect investment portfolio. Teamwork has become something for which Sandi is known. Surrounding herself with good team players, she feels that her team excels in giving the type of service that everyone deserves, but few have come to expect anymore.
