I have two smart daughters who can\\'t get enough of the University of Florida and we have two horses so I work like a dog. While in college in 1985, I earned my real estate salesman license to help my multi-million dollar producing mother. We specialize in selling Highland Lakes on Lake Tarpon in Palm Harbor, Fl together and I also show and sell the rest of Florida. Dad was a salesman (Shennago China) so we moved around the country; Wisconsin, California, Ohio, Minnesota (home), Georgia and finally Florida in 1978. Keeping up with the times, I have earned several certifications and designations: GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), MNE (Master Negotiating Expert), BPOR (Broker Price Opinion Resource), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), SFR (Short sale, Foreclosure Resource) and in 2016 earned my broker\\'s license. With all the years of \\"in the field\\" practical training, plus all the additional, extensive classroom training in negotiations, I can assure you that you will receive the best price, terms, and conditions for your situation.
