Let me introduce myself to you. I am Sylvia Kavanagh and I have been in Real Estate with Blanchard and Calhoun since 1992. I work with sellers and buyers, have been a manager of a New Home community, and worked with Residential Resales not only in Georgia but I also in South Carolina. I am married and Bill I have 4 grown children and 10 wonderful grandchildren from ages 7 years old to 16! We have lived in Augusta/Evans area since 1988. We attend Wesley United Methodist Church. I am active in the Faith Clinic there and I do volunteer work at the Golden Harvest Food Bank. Bill is retired and as you can see I'm still enjoying working in real estate. We both love to travel and have made some wonderful trips. I am licensed in Georgia and South Caroline, member of the National Georgia Association, Greater Augusta Board of Realtors, am a Vice President of Blanchard and Calhoun and member of the Annual Awards Board. I have earned several designations during the years such as GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute), CRS (Certified Home Specialist), CSP (Certified New Homes Sales Professional. During all of the years of being a Real Estate Agent, I have worked hard to always put my client or customer above anything else. I consider myself to be a very ethical, hardworking, and caring person - not just as a agent. Your home is one of your largest investments you have and whether you are buying or selling - you want to know that Your Real Estate Agent is working for you, not just from the time you start to finish, but there to help after the transaction too. We shouldn't care just about the sale or listing, but the people we meet and come to know and we owe you the respect and friendship that you need. That is what I want to give when I work with anyone. I have a saying "I am truly a person who cares about you, your Family, and your needs" not just during a transaction, but you will find me to be a Realtor that you can talk with for long afterwards.
