Terry Pullan started his real estate career in 1986 selling for Merrill Lynch Realty. He went on to hold top management posts with Merrill Lynch, including Vice President of Marketing for the Northern United States. Following the acquisition by the Prudential Insurance Company in 1989, Terry became Vice President and Director of Marketing for the Prudential California Realty where he helped build the largest real estate company in California. In 1994, Terry was recruited by Fox & Carskadon, the largest real estate company in Northern California, as Executive Vice President. In 1995, Fox & Carskadon was sold to Coldwell Banker where Terry was responsible for developing the first coldwellbanker.com website. In 1996 Terry founded Genstar Media as one of the first companies to design personal websites for the real estate industry. In 1998 Genstar was acquired by HomeSeekers.com. HomeSeekers adopted the Genstar site as its core internet offering and appointed Terry Pullan its National Sales Manager. By the end of 2000 HomeSeekers was the market leader hosting more than 15,000 personal sites. Following his success in marketing personal websites, Terry founded Pullan Communications in 2000 to bring advanced internet technologies to the real estate industry. Terry lives in Rancho Park where he has immersed himself as an active volunteer in the community. He has been a leader for many years at Temple Isaiah, served as president of the Westwood Charter School Booster Club, a founding member of the Westwood Neighborhood Council and a past board member of the Hebrew Union College. Terry and his wife, Andrea, have two daughters, Lara and Sasha.
