Ninety-one of the 100 most expensive zip codes in the U.S. are located in the Golden State, including six of the top 10 and three of the top four. Even in the midst of a global pandemic that has dealt severe blows to economic growth and consumer confidence, some of California’s most important real estate markets are showing signs that they’re weathering the storm.
All this lucrative real estate means good business for the state’s real estate agents, though competition is often fierce. So, which agents come out on top?
ROOMVU — a Vancouver-based real estate marketing and analytics tech startup — identified the top realtors, using information obtained from Realtor.com, in different California counties based on the number of active listings (minimum three), number of sold properties (more than 10), and number and quality of recommendations (more than three ratings with an average of 4-stars of above). They then conducted a statistical analysis to categorize the top ones in each county.

The City by the Bay is known for its tech-giants, gusty winds and exorbitant housing prices. While there are some indications that high housing-costs and the Covid-19 pandemic are causing residents to ditch San Francisco County for the outer suburbs, it remains a desirable place to live. These realtors shouldn’t have to worry about a mass exodus any time soon.
