Location
Located down Cambie Street and along 16th avenue, Mount Pleasant is Southeast of Vancouver and known as a more up-and-coming neighborhood from what used to be in the early 1920s (it used to be quite industrialized due to the Canadian Pacific Railway. Today, Mount Pleasant is home to many young-home owners and young professionals.

Walk: Mount Pleasant is a fantastic neighborhood for walking as it is considered close to many nearby amenities with many residences scoring a high walk score. In addition, Mount Pleasant is walkable to many main transit routes and sky train stations. Bus: Mount Pleasant has many bus routes with many reliable times and convenient stops. Train: Mount Pleasant is central to Cambie Street, which is one of the main streets that the Canada-Line Skytrain runs along. Built-in 2010 for the emergence of the Olympics, the Canada-line also runs South to the airport. Bike: Biking is another popular mode of transportation for the Mount Pleasant area. However, it is to be aware that, although a nicer neighborhood, bike theft is a common problem for Vancouver so bike locking is strongly recommended. Car: Many citizens own a car in Mount Pleasant, however, there is not a faily big need for a car considering the high-velocity of amenities in the area.
