More home sales, listings in Richmond last month: REBGV

Richmond saw 700 homes newly listed for sale in February, up from 548 in January. Residential home sales in Metro Vancouver totalled 3,424 last month, up 49.8 per cent from January. Listings across the region also increased, with 6,742 homes listed last month.
