Home prices in Niagara-on-the-Lake stabilize as listings and sales increase over this time last year
The Niagara Association of REALTORS (NAR) reported that in Niagara-on-the-Lake, the number of new home listings rose from 68 to 85 between March 2022 and 2023. Prices appeared to be stabilizing, with the MLS Home Price Index (HPI) composite benchmark price for the Niagara Region at $641,600 in March, a decrease of 21.8% compared to March 2022. The average length of time a home was for sale dropped from 12 days last year to 51 days this year, and the number of sales increased from 11 to 24.
